We have had 7 amazing years of being Heroes for a Day, but we are ready to shift our focus to the main reason we hold this race. September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month and spreading knowledge about the statistics, the funding, and the support these kids need is our priority. All our supporters and participants have been OUR HEROES for 7 years now and we cannot wait to celebrate you and our amazing kids this September!

THIS EVENT IS FREE TO EVERYONE FOR 5K RUN/WALK AND FUN RUNS NO COST to participate (Donations accepted during registration) Participants that would like a Medal & T-shirt cost is $25 (Includes cost of shipping). If you would like a T-shirt and Medal, you may select to purchase these items during registration. We will be shipping items out the first week in September and every week after. The shipping price is built into the price of the T-shirt & Medal.

COSTUME CONTEST
The costume contest will continue, but will have a new look of GOLD. Names of best individual and best group costumes will be engraved into our new trophy! Post your photos with the hashtag #gogoldforthekids5k or submit photos by email.
